Most products offered by InnerEase Hypnotherapy—including self-hypnosis audio sessions, digital workbooks, journals, frameworks, and downloadable resources—are delivered electronically.
Digital products are available immediately after purchase or sent via email within a few minutes.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Physical Products
For physical products such as printed journals, workbooks, or other merchandise:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping times within the United States are generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Order Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. InnerEase Hypnotherapy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, physical products are available only within the United States unless otherwise stated. Digital products are available worldwide unless restricted by law.
